However, the actual duration may vary depending on several factors: Complexity of the Use Case: Simpler use cases with well-defined goals can be completed quickly, while more complex problems may require extended development cycles. Goals and Objectives: Clear and focused objectives can streamline the PoC process, whereas ambiguous or broad goals might require more time for refinement and alignment. Data Availability and Quality: If the necessary data is not readily available or is of poor quality, the PoC timeline can be significantly extended due to time spent on data collection, cleaning, and preparation. Skillset of the Team: A team with experience and expertise in AI and machine learning can expedite the PoC process, whereas a less experienced team may need more time to navigate technical and conceptual challenges.
