The World Scholar’s Cup Tournament of Champions 2024 brought together the brightest young minds from across the globe, with nearly 3,000 scholars from 50 countries representing over 80 nationalities in a spectacular celebration of intellect, creativity, and teamwork. Held at the prestigious Yale University from 14th to 20th November 2024, the event featured intense academic challenges, including debates, collaborative writing, and the Scholars’ Bowl. Students from Greenwood High International Sarjapur and Bannerghatta campuses represented the school with pride, exploring fascinating topics under the theme "Reconstructing the Past." Their outstanding performances reflected their knowledge, critical thinking, and collaboration skills. The TOC provided not only a competitive platform but also a unique opportunity for participants to connect with peers from diverse cultures, leaving them with cherished memories and lifelong friendships. The 6th edition of the most coveted Annual Event IGNITE 2024 was a resounding success. This inter-school CAS (Creativity, Activity Service) initiative was entirely planned and executed by the IBDP students of Greenwood High, International Campus, Sarjapur. The talent, creativity, and camaraderie showcased by the participants was incredible. About 46 schools and close to 1000 students across Bangalore participated in the event. The occasion witnessed a perfect blend of talent, skill and energy among the youth. The Fest featured 14 cultural events across various categories including Wolf of Wall Street, Battle of the Bands, Thespian of Melody, As You Like It, Kryptos Visos, Metamorphosis, Dress to Impress, in Sync, Respawn, Through the Lens, Caesar’s Cipher and Integration Bee. Every activity kept the participants on their feet. The dynamic lineup of competitive sports that also included Basketball, Football, Hockey, Table Tennis, Badminton, Flag Football, Chess, Tennis, Pistol Shooting and Athletics promised high-energy competitiveness from participants across the schools. The electrifying participation of the crowd added to the exciting ambience. This year again, the unwavering support of the Leadership, Management and our indispensable student committee has raised the benchmark for excellence. This much-awaited annual event brings together students, teachers, and parents to celebrate the spirit of competition, teamwork, and perseverance. From the opening parade to the final race every moment was filled with enthusiasm and determination. Students showcased their athletic abilities across a variety of events through races and relays.
