Now, we turn our attention to strategies that navigate the complexities of this automation, to streamline business operations and effectively manage risks while bolstering resilience. The key to efficient and autonomous operations is a unified workstream that seamlessly integrates manual and automated activities, equipped to handle all business scenarios within a single, end-to-end process flow. To automate more complex tasks, we may also need to look beyond RPA tools such as OCR, Rule Engines, ML, GenAI, and ConvAI. What's required is an orchestration layer that enables us to: 🛠️ Digitize complete business processes by integrating various automation tools with human activities. 🧩 Facilitate tactical human interventions in challenging business scenarios. 🕵️ Empower business users with full transparency and control to track, trace, quality-check, or halt process activities as necessary. 🔍 What is the outcome?
