Meet Priya Ojha, a fitness enthusiast with a passion for MMA. When she’s not pushing her limits in the ring, she’s driving excellence as a dynamic technical writer at Digii. “From the moment I stepped into the ring, I knew MMA was more than just a sport—it was an art form where discipline meets passion. The thrill of combat and the dedication it demands inspired me to begin this journey, and it’s been nothing short of transformative.  One session that stands out was sparring with a national champion. It pushed me to my limits, but with every punch and kick, I stayed focused on my purpose and powered through. Of course, not every moment in training is serious. One time, I slipped mid-kick and ended up doing an accidental somersault. For me, fitness is more than physical—it's about discovering what I’m capable of and surpassing my own expectations. Balancing rigorous training with a full-time job has been my hardest challenge, but it’s taught me resilience and how to make the most of every moment. On weekends, when I’m not in the gym or the ring, you’ll usually find me conquering mountain trails, chasing the ultimate adrenaline rush, or simply reconnecting with nature. "Joining a startup was always my dream—a chance to take on new challenges and reach greater heights. When I joined Digii, I was filled with excitement for the journey ahead. The first feature I worked on was “Duplicate Classroom," which I successfully completed in just one day. This success set a positive tone for my journey at Digii and gave me the confidence to keep pushing forward. I began as a Product Engineer, eager to make an impact. Over the years, I’ve grown into my role as a Senior Software Engineer and now proudly contribute to the Finance Team as the Technical Lead. Along this path, I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge and skills. Beyond the technical realm, I’ve learned the value of teamwork, sprint planning, and diving deep into the requirements to create solutions that truly matter. The most rewarding experience was understanding the intricacies of accounting, which helped me design a robust accounting system for Digii. Digii has always been a place of growth and support. The team’s unwavering encouragement has motivated me to give my best every day. Looking back, my journey at Digii is defined by countless moments of joy and collaboration.
