Emotional intelligence, or EQ, A critical skill that can significantly impact our personal and professional lives. Understanding the same, we recently concluded a transformative 2-day Emotional Intelligence training session. The workshop, facilitated by the esteemed Dr. Shilki Bhatia, was designed to enhance our team's ability to understand, use, and manage emotions effectively.
