    I wish I knew this sooner: Busyness doesn’t equal productivity. Use the Eisenhower Matrix to stress less and achieve more: — Categorize tasks into 4 quadrants: 1. Urgent + Important: Do it now • Client emergencies • Deadline-driven projects • Critical system issues Don't delay—tackle these first. — 2. Important only: Schedule it • Strategic planning • Relationship building   • Personal development Block time for what matters most. — 3. Urgent only: Delegate it • Most emails • Admin tasks • Routine meetings If others can do it 80% as well, let them. — 4.
