Most of us know about International Women’s Day, but how many of us are even aware of International Men’s Day? This day isn’t just about celebrating men; it’s about highlighting issues that often go unnoticed. Men are often expected to “be strong,” “tough it out,” and conform to narrow stereotypes. But as this video beautifully conveys, being a man can—and should—mean so much more. It’s time to acknowledge that true strength lies not in suppressing emotions but in embracing vulnerability.
