Job description We are looking for Sales And Marketing Intern to join our exciting team at Birla Brainiacs at Lower Parel, Mumbai Maharashtra. Role & Responsibilities: -Assist in identifying and researching potential leads or markets. -Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and pitches. -Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system. -Participate in sales calls or meetings, where appropriate, to gain direct exposure. -Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. -Contribute to content creation for social media, blogs, and marketing materials. -Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, social media ads, and promotions. -Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitive positioning. -Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. -Coordinate with designers and other departments to ensure cohesive branding. Qualifications and Skills: -Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) is a plus. -Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Knowledge of digital marketing trends is an advantage.
