Dynamatic Technologies Limited Technologies awards Aequs Pvt. Ltd. for supply of complex Airbus A220 door components Dynamatic Technologies Limited and Aequs Private Limited today announced a contract for the supply of complex structural parts for the Airbus A220 Door Program. As part of the contract, awarded by Dynamatic Technologies for the manufacture and supply of components, Aequs will leverage its end-to-end capabilities to manufacture and deliver over 200 detailed parts requiring complex tool design, forgings, machining, and surface treatment. This contract for the supply of these critical parts over a period of five years strengthens the strategic partnership between the two companies which are prominent players in the global aerospace supply chain. #ETPanelDiscussion   The evolution of the Indian ADMS sector over the years has been phenomenal, our Chairman Aravind Melligeri said while participating in the 1st edition of the ETManufacturing Aerospace and Defence Manufacturing Summit on Tuesday.   While on the defense front, it is about being #AtmaNirbhar, in commercial #aerospace, the focus is on how much we can integrate into the global supply chain. At the same time, we also need to assess whether our presence in the #supplychain is commensurate with the size of the market that India offers to the global commercial aerospace industry. Clearly, on both counts—defense and the demand for commercial #aircraft—India is a huge market.   However, Indian supply chain players, including MSMEs, face two primary challenges: 🔄High cost of capital. 🔄The need for a domestic roadmap for the industry.   In this context, it is perhaps time to revisit the system of offsets for commercial aerospace manufacturing, which existed some years ago.
