It's crucial for businesses and political persons as it provides valuable insights into customer needs and helps in shaping marketing and messaging strategies . Improving VoC involves several steps: 1. Encourage customers to share their feedback through various channels such as surveys, social media, customer support interactions, and online reviews. 2. Collect comprehensive data including trends, opinions and popular anchor terms that people use. 3. Utilize analytics tools to analyze the collected data.
