HubSpot Help Desk in Hebrew?? [Case study 😉] Have you used HubSpot’s help desk yet? It’s a new workspace for service teams that combines the ticket tool and inbox so you can see them both in one place. Our client - based in Israel - hires a seasonal service team to keep up with holiday demand so they need their workspace to be as intuitive for the local team as possible. That’s why we set up their dashboard in Hebrew. How did we do it? The right-hand sidebar contains all the info your agent needs on the customer to support their problem. It is totally customizable so you can add whatever object associations and properties you’d like. We customized the sidebar so that all associations and properties appear in Hebrew. If you’re using HubSpot, we, of course, recommend you get used to the English terminology no matter what your native language as you’ll be using the terminology across the entire system. In this case, with seasonal workers, creating a local language dashboard was the perfect solution for the teams to get onboarded ASAP. Thank you, Anna B., for this awesome solution! 🍀 How did I become a Customer Success Manager?💥 As a member of the Facebook Israeli Customer Success community, I often find myself reflecting on my own journey when new members ask what it takes to become a customer success manager. The path I took is one that many others have found success in, and it's a journey I'm proud to share. Regardless of the field, the key to success is mastering the fundamentals. My own journey began in a vastly different industry-agriculture. But when I set my sights on customer success management, I knew I had to start from the ground up, learning the core principles of the field. 📖 Books - While a bit old-fashioned, reading books puts things in order, and the content is reliable. Personally, I think the Bible is "Customer Success" by Nick Mehta, Dan Steinman, and Lincoln Murphy. 📻 Podcasts - There are many informative podcasts where experienced people from the industry are interviewed. I love podcasts because you can listen to them while driving or doing sports. I listen to "The Customer Success Pro" by Anika Zubair and "CSM Practice" by Irit Eizips. 🔗 LinkedIn - Follow Thought Leaders on LinkedIn to learn from professionals how they approach various situations and learn new methods. Every year, the top 25 CSM list is published - I follow many of them. I particularly like the content of Guy Galon, Erika Villarreal, and Kristi Faltorusso. 🗞 Newsletters - A great source of knowledge about what's hot in the industry and concentrates on all new events and courses that are coming up. I'm subscribed to "CS Insider" and "SuccessCOACHING". 🤝 Webinars and Events - A great way to learn and connect with different people from the industry. Networking is one of the essentials for interesting collaborations and opportunities. EverAfter, for example, are making amazing webinars. Getting into customer success is not an easy task and there is much to learn and practice. You can't just talk the talk; you have to walk the walk. However, following these suggestions constantly will definitely put you on another level.

Here's a summary of the main takeaways from the interview of Jason M. Lemkin and Amit Bendov (CEO of Gong) at SaaStr Europa: • In 2 years, the role of the sales rep will evolve significantly • Currently, reps spend 75% of their time on non-selling activities (filling forms, 1-1 meetings, forecasting). I think the time spent not-selling will be cut in half • Full-cycle sales reps will become more common due to AI adoption • Technology has gone through multiple revolutions: on-prem, cloud and now AI. The cloud revolution was primarily an IT transformation, the AI revolution is different, it touches payroll and thus offers a much bigger value potential compared to the cloud revolution.

For Andrew Gray, Head of Revenue Enablement at Sanity, Relationship Map is a key tool to help his sellers multi-thread and close deals. Here’s how one of his sellers recently closed a deal using Relationship Map. ⤵ “One of our reps in EMEA had built his Relationship Map in Sales Navigator, screenshot it and put it on a deal review. He was able to see where he was lacking relationships, what he was missing to be multi-threaded, where he needed more exposure – everything that’s key for relationship mapping,” said Gray. What surprised Andrew about the Relationship Map was that his seller was able to build it directly within Sales Navigator. “Normally our sellers build out some sort of relationship map inside of Excel, a Miro Board, Google Drawings, or some other application. But the fact that he was able to do this inside of Sales Navigator made me think this should be our new standard moving forward.” After using Relationship Map, the seller focused his efforts on the missing key relationships that could help him close the deal. He then used LinkedIn to get an introduction to a key contact who was a champion for moving that deal forward. And best of all, that seller closed the deal a few months later. “Would he have won the deal without the Relationship Map?
