Here are 5 pillars of ABM. 1. ABM STRATEGY ABM strategy includes team alignment on: * Goals * Segments/verticals * ICP including qualification and disqualification criteria * Team * Budget * Account segmentation 2. ENGAGED ACCOUNTS SOURCED FROM DEMAND GEN PROGRAM. These are the accounts that hit a specific engagement threshold: * Spent 30 minutes on your website reading a case study * Checked the pricing page * Signed up for a product webinar 3. ACCOUNT QUALIFICATION AND RESEARCH. Even if the account matches ICP criteria, are there any other factors that can tell us that this account is a bad fit? Is there any evidence that accounts might need our product? We collect all the publicly available insights about the target account and map out the buying committee. This is crucial before defining how to market to every specific company and what warm-up tactic to use.
