We must not forget the use of the term "capital flight" has symbolic meanings far beyond the technical terminology. The goal is always to describe a phenomenon as it is and avoid unfounded prophecies that may yet come true and cause irreversible damage. The fact that there is no crisis now does not mean that there will not be one in the future, and the conclusion that all the responsables for the Israeli economy must embrace with both hands is that enough data has accumulated describing an undesirable and dangerous reality that requires vigilance and responsible policy, while emphasizing the importance of maintaining economic stability and restoring investor confidence.
