An important day in our labs at the The Hebrew University of Jerusalem faculty of agriculture, working on an important experiment. Our team is working tirelessly to tackle one of the burning issues in the cultivated meat industry: media recycling. We enable to reuse the costly media that is used to feed and grow the cells in order to reduce cost and waste. Although what we often hear is - investors wait on the sidelines, hesitant to commit until they see more tangible progress in the #cultivatedmeat industry - It only makes us more eager to solve the problem faster, hoping investors will see the paradox- the more they wait the longer it will take… Luckily, until cultivated meat becomes a reality (and it will!), our unique natural #filtration solution can support additional production processes, such as protein separation or the removal of unwanted molecules from products making them more sustainable and healthy!
