Business Post National Health Summit 2025 - Transforming how healthcare is planned, delivered and experienced

About us

Transforming how healthcare is planned, delivered, and experienced is central to modernising our healthcare system. How do we transform healthcare to create more efficient, patient-centered, and responsive healthcare that meets the needs of individuals and populations in a more equitable and sustainable way? That is the central question we will be addressing at the Business Post 21st National Health Summit.

  • 👏 We're delighted to have HN joining us at the Business Post National Health Summit 2025 as Gold Sponsor. "HN was founded in Sweden by a group of clinicians and researchers from the Karolinska Institute including Founder and ex A&E consultant Dr Joachim Werr. While working in emergency care, Joachim observed a pattern: repeatedly seeing the same patients in crisis. This perpetual dilemma motivated Joachim to find a way to predict these high-risk individuals earlier, using existing hospital data, so clinicians could intervene before emergencies arise. From this insight, Joachim founded HN to deliver AI-powered solutions that identify patient risks, enabling preventative care" 📝 View the agenda 👉 https://loom.ly/xwcSvpc 🏷️Secure your spot here 👉 https://loom.ly/qxgFfnE #HealthSummit25 #IrishHealthcare
