“In mid 2010 Louise joined a very large IT development and implementation project as a program manager responsible for the day to day management of various teams involved in this multi-million IT project. During the last 1.5 years I have come to know Louise as a very dedicated, dependable and loyal personality, with strong communication skills. In her role she very much controlled the project. She ensured that amongst others the QA, Software Development, Conversion, Datawarehouse, Reporting, Middleware and Operations & Support teams were aligned with the goals of the project and that deliverables were made on time and with quality. She followed through on her promises and commitments, no matter how complex or time pressured the project was. She is a problem resolver and made things happen. As a result she quickly earned the trust of both internal and external vendor teams involved in the project. She also was responsible for putting together various project reports packs and a pointed project Steering Committee report. A charming Lady with a great sense of humor and a pleasure to work with.”
