    The Diploma in Coaching Performance covers the key principles of coaching and gives the skills and confidence to coach, influence and motivate others in order to maximise their potential. As well as best practice coaching techniques like the GROW Model, the course covered topics like Emotional Intelligence and NLP.     CMRF Crumlin is the Primary Charity Partner of the Dalata Hotel Group for 2016. Each hotel was given the goal to raise €3000 towards an overall Group goal to raise together €150,000k to fund a new out patient unit in Crumlin. Our first charity event at Clayton Whites Hotel, a Spinathon on Wexford Main Street, earned over €2,800 smashing our original fundraising goal. As a past Crumlin patient myself, this was a chance to help Ireland’s sickest children see a brighter future, and I was proud to…

  • Implementation of Brand Changeover

    I was hired to lead the brand change team at Whites of Wexford during their transition to Clayton Whites Hotel. This involved liaising with a cross functional team, participation in the Brand Ambassador committee, organising and managing all logistical changes e.g. signage, creating and optimising content for their new website, in conjunction with updating all existing marketing collateral to reflect the new branding, brand guidelines, name and marketing strategy.
