“I developed and oversaw three monthly, live, customer-facing webcast series for Foglight, Microsoft Platform Management (MPM), and SharePlex customers. I trained and coached five CSMs in North American and EMEA and our goal was to provide additional training to help increase product adoption and use cases, reduce churn, improve retention and customer satisfaction. Our “Skills 101” series helped customers get up to speed with important software features and functions while providing a forum for an open Q&A with a Quest product expert. I’m writing this recommendation because Eric Desmond was instrumental in helping to launch the Microsoft Platform Management monthly webcast series known as, “MPM Skills 101” which was very well received by our customers and employees. I should note that this project was in addition to his role as a Premier Customer Success Manager serving top-tier enterprise accounts. I enjoyed working with Eric because he was enthusiastic and committed to building the new training series and ensuring its success. He took on a leadership role and effortlessly built strong relationships with the MPM pre-sales engineering director, pre-sales engineers and marketing teams who supported us in this effort. He always brought great ideas to the table, he worked well under pressure, and was excellent at troubleshooting. Eric has a great sense of humor and he's a lot of fun to work with. His hard work and dedication to this project was very much appreciated! He has my highest recommendation for a Senior Customer Success Management role within any organization. My take aways from the first ever global Ivanti Neuron’s Bots User Group (held right here in sunny Australia): 1️⃣ Bots can range from simple to complex 2️⃣ Bots can be developed and launched in mere hours. One user had no prior experience and deployed bots within 5 days with only a part time effort. Path to ROI with this tooling is crazy fast! 3️⃣ Through the use of bots, employees don’t even realise IT is proactivley helping improve their experience, keeping them producing and happy.
