Local Enterprise Office DLR (LEO DLR) serves as a first stop shop to provide support and services to start, grow and develop micro business in the Dún Laoghaire - Rathdown area. We assist the development of a micro-enterprise culture in DLR through various supports, mainly by providing: (1) Financial assistance in the form of refundable aid and capital grants, employment grants and assistance towards innovative feasibility studies and; (2) Management training, 1-to-1 mentoring services, business networks, technical development courses for business growth and much more.
