December 3rd every year marks International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD). The IDPD theme for this year is "Amplifying the leadership of persons with disabilities for an inclusive and sustainable future." World Menopause Day is held every year on 18 October during World Menopause Month, to raise awareness of the menopause and highlight the support options available for those experiencing it.   The theme for World Menopause Day 2024, set by the International Menopause Society (IMS) is Menopause Hormone Therapy (MHT). If you are looking for more in-depth advice and don’t know where to go, please review the IMS website at www.imsociety.org   The IMS lead the way in sharing the challenges facing people during the menopause transition and highlighting improvements in research, education and support.
