Celebrating a Decade of Growth at GEMU Ireland Ltd. 10 Years ago, on the 11th of December 2014 Gemü Valves, the renowned German Valve Manufacturer and Global Market Leader, embarked on its journey in Ireland with a modest team of just 3 employees. Today, as we celebrate our 10-year Anniversary, the team has quadrupled, with now 12 dedicated employees driving demand and commitment in Ireland. Among us, is one of the original team members, remaining at the heart of the company, as Operations Manager, a testament to the strength of Gemü's team culture and growth. Our Managing Director joined the team in January 2017 with an aspirational vision to Gemü's success, dedicated focus on the business and also remains with us today. Over the years, this initial small team has grown steadily, reflecting both the demand for Gemü's products and the company’s commitment to the Irish market. While the team grew within Gemü Ireland, Proposals and Marriages were celebrated in this close network and we welcomed 8 Births within the team over the decade. While also not forgetting significant losses of loved ones within the team too. We have an array of fond memories over the years, with that a global pandemic Coronavirus-19, where we all stood together, albeit apart in our homes. All contact was through a camera online. As the team has grown, so too has Gemü’s capacity to support these industries, providing tailored solutions that improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and meet sustainability goals. Whether in Pharmaceutical Production, where Precision and Hygiene are Critical, or in Food Processing, where Durability and Safety are paramount, Gemü has been a trusted partner in Ireland’s industrial growth. Here at Gemü Ireland, we are focused on the future, with further innovations, stronger Partnerships, and an even deeper connection to the industries we serve. We had a busy day here at our office cleaning up and preparing for year end. GEMÜ Group gifted GEMU Ireland Ltd. a fabulous piece of Art as a celebratory for 10 years in Ireland, which was proudly hung on our Sales Office Walls. The Frame shows 2 Birds - The Puffin representing the Irish Bird with a silhouette of the Irish Flag through the birds wings in the air. Puffins often refer to loyalty and commitment, by returning to their same nest each year. The Great Spotted Woodpecker representing the German Bird with the silhouette of the German Flag also through the wings. These Birds often make their appearance well known and are very favorable among the Ecosystem. "Kochertal meets Irlande" = The Kocher Valley is the region around Criesbach. Criesbach is where Gemü originally opened its very first doors 60 years ago. The Kocher is the river running in the picture. On the left - Ireland shows color with the Yew and beautiful fushsia's. On the right - In Germany displays wild tulips and wonderful grapevines. With our leading Gemü Valves underneath the Birds as they protect and stand over in Pride. Thank you GEMÜ Group for the stunnung piece of Art with so much meaning. We also hung our Red Neon GEMÜ Sign and brought some life into the office, a lovely start to the Festive Season. Happy Friday
