We had an amazing Ergo leadership day that left us feeling inspired! We are excited to share the event highlights and thank the presenters for their contributions. A massive thanks to Mark Hamilton (ACA) for his insightful presentation about the importance of networking and personal brand. A great reminder: Build a network before you need it. Alistair Stoops, our Data & AI Practice Lead, discussed how Data and AI represent a significant and evolving domain that provides various growth opportunities. Ergo is committed to helping our clients in realizing value through the use of their data. Ciara D'Arcy highlighted our shared values and emphasized that leading by example, fostering teamwork, empowering employees, and prioritising employee engagement are critical to creating a positive and thriving workplace culture. We reflected how we will work together to maintain a positive culture. Genie Egan, Alastair Canning and Liam Byrne talked about our great proposition for IT vendor renewals. The depth and experience of our renewals management team reflect deep industry partnerships formed over three decades. We work with many hardware and software vendors and have accredited technical experts capable of managing equipment, software, and cloud services. Our renewals services team and licensing experts partner proactively with our clients about upcoming vendor renewals. Mary Donnelly, Ergo's CWiT company lead, highlighted our great work and the opportunities of working with our CWiT partners and colleagues. Together, we focus on attracting talent by inspiring women to pursue tech careers, retaining and developing them through professional growth opportunities, and promoting a supportive network. Ergo was rewarded for its commitment and investment in Dell and Microsoft Hybrid Cloud solutions with an invitation to the APEX Study Tour in Dubai last week. Ergo is a strategic partner in EMEA for APEX Cloud Platform (ACP) for Microsoft Azure and has shown the strength of this partnership by building new processes and pipelines with Dell and Microsoft successfully over the past couple of years.   Ergo’s Colm Henn was privileged to join a “fireside chat” with James O'Connell, Consultant Solution Architect at Dell, and Killian Casey, Senior Partner Solutions Engineer at Dell, to showcase the Ergo approach and methodology around hybrid and multi-cloud solutions including consulting, positioning, analysis, assessment, deployment, migration, transformation, and ongoing service and support. By collaborating with Dell and one of Ergo’s customers throughout the process, success was assured and achieved. Dell’s executives, partners and distributors who were in the audience from the wider region were impressed and took home a working example of what a good, repeatable, and referenceable approach looks like.
