Our target is to sell 33,000 more Christmas sets in 2024 than we did in 2023. We’re going for growth! I’ve been somewhat quiet on LinkedIn the last number of weeks because preparing to hit this target has taken focused attention and careful planning across multiple departments/suppliers and retailers. A snippet of the planning involved includes: Carefully curating the right mix of product and pricing for this year’s Christmas collection. Analyzing what sold last year and what didn’t - improving on what worked and scrapping what didn’t. Supply chain readiness - everything from scaling product and packaging production (in Ireland 🇮🇪) to working with our distributor to ensure timely deliveries. B2B and B2C marketing - from exhibiting at retailer Christmas conferences and shooting the Cocoa Christmas campaign to creating point of sale material and hosting a glamorous launch party (see video for a goo). Not to mention event sponsorships and influencer gifting; out of home advertising and digital marketing - the list goes on. Oh and can’t forget in-store activations. The list really does go on! I hope some of that might be helpful to anyone building or rebuilding 😉 their brand. Shout out to the many Irish retailers getting behind our 2024 Christmas gift sets!
