Our team recently got together in Dublin for our yearly winter offsite - always a highlight at Boundless. As a remote-first company, we really value these chances to connect in-person and bring our global team closer together. While we were taking in the festive Dublin cheer, we all took part in some lively workshops and strategy sessions to get on the same page about the coming year. Collaboration always flows easier when we can bounce ideas around in-person! But it wasn't all work and no play! We also got into the Christmas spirit with some fun activities. We unleashed our inner artists at a local print-making class, explored Dublin's street art scene on a walking tour, belted out some classics at a karaoke night, and finished it all off with a delicious Christmas dinner (and a hilarious Secret Santa gift exchange, of course!). 🎅🎁🎤 Moments like this offsite always reveal the heart of Boundless's culture - it's all about people.
