This festive season, our UK sites came together to make a real difference for children and families in need by supporting the The Salvation Army’s Christmas Toy Appeal. The generosity and community spirit of our team and supply chain partners truly shone through. Together, we donated hundreds of toys, from cuddly bears to construction sets, ensuring that countless children will wake up to a special surprise this Christmas morning. But that’s not all! Through the collective efforts of our team, we also raised over £4,800 in financial contributions, providing vital support to families facing challenging circumstances. The Salvation Army’s work is more important than ever, and we are proud to have played a part in their mission of spreading hope and joy. A massive thank you to everyone who contributed toys, funds, or time to this initiative. We recently attended a careers fair at Wilson's Hospital School where we were thrilled to talk to secondary school students across all years highlighting the available careers in construction and the various routes to enter the industry. We’re delighted to announce that we received the Built Heritage and Conservation Award at the KPMG Property Industry Excellence Awards last night for our work on the Primark Bank Buildings in Belfast. This project involved restoring the Grade B1 listed buildings and revitalising this historic landmark. Last week together with our client Eagle Street Partners, we celebrated topping out the 15-storey tower at our project, Marshalls Yards, East Road. The development, 554 build to rent apartments, comprises of 9 apartment blocks and 2 duplex blocks arranged around a central public plaza, it also includes 4,000m2 of commercial space which will feature a café, creche and retail units.  We are thrilled with the progress on site and look forward to keeping you updated throughout the rest of the project.
