“Governments and corporations must prioritise sustainable infrastructure now rather than viewing it as a future aspiration” heard attendees of the Women’s Infrastructure Network Northern Ireland (WIN NI) 'Sustainable infrastructure: The future is now' event yesterday. Among the 35 disclosable deals acted on by our Corporate team in NI so far this year were:   ◾ Phoenix Energy, the third biggest transaction in Northern Ireland's corporate history ◾ Kingsbridge Healthcare Group, noted by Experian to be one of Northern Ireland's biggest ever buy-outs   David Rowan, our Head of Corporate in Northern Ireland, commented: "ALG continues to strengthen its reputation as the go-to corporate law firm for the largest and most complex local and international transactions.
