“Governments and corporations must prioritise sustainable infrastructure now rather than viewing it as a future aspiration” heard attendees of the Women’s Infrastructure Network Northern Ireland (WIN NI) 'Sustainable infrastructure: The future is now' event yesterday. This week Sinead Smith, head of responsible business, represented ALG when signing Ibec’s Employment and Youth Engagement Charter, which supports individuals who are distant from the labour market or facing challenges, to gain employability skills and access to employment. Among the 35 disclosable deals acted on by our Corporate team in NI so far this year were: ◾ Phoenix Energy, the third biggest transaction in Northern Ireland's corporate history ◾ Kingsbridge Healthcare Group, noted by Experian to be one of Northern Ireland's biggest ever buy-outs David Rowan, our Head of Corporate in Northern Ireland, commented: "ALG continues to strengthen its reputation as the go-to corporate law firm for the largest and most complex local and international transactions.
