New Jersey’s pop-punk up-and-comers Northvale just dropped their new track and music video for “Hang In There, Kid,” which explores a very necessary message about mental health. The track is preceded by the group’s collab with The Dangerous Summer‘s AJ Perdomo, “Already Dead.”
Frontman Keith Karol shares, “‘Hang In There Kid’ is a poignant exploration of despair and the brink of giving up, narrated through the lens of someone contemplating the finality of suicide. The song navigates the emotional turmoil and isolation that can lead one to consider such a drastic escape.”
Karol adds, “Our collaboration on this song aims to spark conversations about mental health and the importance of support and resilience. With ‘Hang In There, Kid,’ we hope to reach anyone who feels overwhelmed, reminding them that there is strength in perseverance and that they are not alone in their battles.”
