Inspiring women to participate in tech doesn’t happen by chance—it requires intentional effort. This photo is from the very first Girls in Tech - Indonesia meetup in 2011—an intimate dinner with some of the most accomplished women in tech. We're on a mission: to inspire the geek in every girl. Thirteen years later, this mission has blossomed into monthly workshops, hackathons, mentoring nights, scholarships, and internships. What does it take for women-led MSMEs to thrive in today’s #digitaleconomy? Through SisBerdaya and DisBerdaya, we’re empowering 35 female entrepreneurs and women with disabilities in Indonesia to do just that. This initiative by Ant International and DANA Indonesia provides mentoring, skills training, and funding to help them grow their businesses and strengthen their digital and business management skills. Maria Goretti Yulias Soeyatiani Putri, First Place Winner of DisBerdaya 2024 and owner of EgoAmate Coffee, shared, “DisBerdaya has been a true blessing for me. Through this program, I have met wonderful people who continuously guide and help me upskill my business capacities.
