[UI/UX Case Study - Redesign GoPay App] Today i want to share my Case Study Redesign App GoPay is a digital wallet from Gojek that makes it easy for users to make various financial transactions, such as paying for Gojek services, online shopping, and transfers between users. With GoPay, you can enjoy fast, safe, and practical transactions, without the need to carry cash. Some user problems include the difficulty of accessing the dark/light mode toggle, which required users to scroll down to the deepest depths of the page. To address this, I redesigned the flow to: Settings (top-right corner) → Change Appearance → Select Mode. Additionally, I replaced the CTA text and icon for the statistics button with a more familiar to enhance clarity. Finally, I unified the QRIS and navigation buttons from Gojek and GoPay into a single, cohesive interface to streamline usability and navigation. 💡 Identification and Data Segmentation with Strategy through Data-Driven Insights In today’s dynamic business environment, gaining a deep understanding of customer behavior is essential for fostering loyalty and achieving sustainable growth. As part of my involvement in the Talent Connect Business Intelligence Program at dibimbing.id, I utilized RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) Analysis to deliver actionable strategies for customer segmentation and retention. And with a recommendation strategy. 🔧 Tech Stack & Methodologies: Python (Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn) Jupyter Notebook 📊 Key Contributions: Conducted a detailed Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify customer purchasing patterns. Implemented RFM Analysis to classify customers based on behavior and spending value. Designed impactful visualizations using bar and pie charts for better data interpretation.
