Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (YAAF)
The ICC Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (YAAF) connects and informs young professionals with interests in dispute resolution.
A global network for young practitioners
Open to young dispute resolution practitioners aged 40 and under, ICC YAAF provides a range of opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge, develop skills, build networks and garner a better understanding of ICC’s Dispute Resolution Services. Our global ICC YAAF network brings together over 39,000 practitioners across seven Regional Chapters in Africa, Middle East and Türkiye, North Asia, South Asia, Europe and Russia, Latin America and North America.
Throughout the world, ICC YAAF hosts hundreds of educational and social events every year, providing young professionals with an opportunity to discover best practices, discuss topical issues and network with experienced practitioners. ICC YAAF activities are globally coordinated by the ICC YAAF Global Coordinating Committee in Paris, and regionally by the ICC YAAF Regional Head of Chapter.
Become a host or sponsor of an ICC YAAF event
ICC YAAF events are frequently hosted by law firms and companies. Our academic and social gatherings are a dynamic way of presenting your firm to the next generation of arbitration and ADR practitioners. It also offers access to a pool of interested and talented young individuals.
If your firm is interested in hosting or sponsoring an ICC YAAF event, please contact your local regional chapter.
