Duties:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Supervise and engage children in play, learning, and socialization activities
- Assist with feeding, diapering, and other caregiving tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
Skills:
- Preferred Experience" not required" working with children in a daycare, nannying, or babysitting setting
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques for young children
- Strong classroom management skills to ensure a structured and positive learning environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
