Unitask Group Europe, LatAm & India
Continuing the introduction of our talented technical recruiting team, today we feature Kateryna Komisarovа, one of our dedicated recruiters at Unitask Group. We spoke with her about her professional journey, challenges in profession, and effective work-life balancing principles. Here are some key insights from our conversation: 🚀 After university, I ventured into my first job search, facing limited opportunities in my industrial hometown. A chance encounter with an Israeli businessman led me to join an IT startup as a recruiter, despite being unfamiliar with the sector. Although my initial role involved basic tasks, the company provided valuable training, shaping my transition into the tech recruitment field. 🚀 Subsequent employment at an IT recruiting agency deepened my expertise over two years, exposing me to diverse positions and professionals. Amid the pandemic, I embraced a role at a GameDev company, realizing the ease of transitioning between industries and technologies, expanding my skill set and adaptability. My thirst for new experiences and the opportunity to work on the international stage led me to Unitask. I have been with Unitask Group for over 2 and a half years now, holding the position of a Recruiter. 🚀 In my work, I find the most inspiration in successfully filling unconventional job positions, the ability to communicate with candidates from around the globe, which allows me to delve into the cultures and worldviews of other nations, and of course, practice the English language. 🚀 I consider the main challenge of the profession to be vague or overly strict candidate requirements that can prolong the vacancy closure process. 🚀 There are "soft" skills that one must possess and utilize to be successful in their role. Primarily, these include flexibility, inquisitiveness, perseverance, improvisation, and the ability to convincingly articulate one's thoughts in negotiations with both managers and candidates. 🚀 In my opinion, well-structured processes and communication, a friendly atmosphere, and unified motivation are key factors in achieving team workflow efficiency. 🚀 I am always ready to assist a colleague in solving a complex issue, provide guidance where I truly understand, help with a task, work together to find answers to unclear questions, or simply engage in conversation. 🚀 What I will not do in my work with people under any circumstances? The first thing that comes to mind is promising the impossible and putting someone at risk for my own benefit. 🚀 I don't separate professional and personal development, as personal growth can enhance work effectiveness, while professional development can improve personal satisfaction in life. Stay tuned for more insights into the amazing individuals behind our success! #RecruitingTeam #UnitaskHeroes #TeamWork #ProfessionalGrowth

This is the time of the year where companies really need to work extra hard to finish the Quarter on a strong note, start Q4 even stronger while preparing for the new fiscal year. I can't say enough of how proud I am to be working side by side next to A players at VOLO | Software Development Company. You can say I found my home! To the degree where I'm absolutely comfortable being at the office past 10pm, but not all the time :) VOLO has been providing software development services for 18 years and there's a reason why they've been around for this long, because they're A players who can execute. I've hired and worked with some of the best software development companies and some of the worst, VOLO absolutely stands out from the crowd. If you're looking for software development services or you would like to learn more about the benefits of outsourcing software development services (specifically to VOLO :)) please write to me and I'd be happy to explore with you to understand if VOLO can make a great fit as a software development partner. Let's all end the Quarter on the strong note, GO! 🚀 https://www.volo.global #networking #founder #entrepreneur #startups #funding #business #investing #vc #venturecapital #softwaredevelopment #outsourcing #VOLO_Partners #VOLO_Consultancy #teamVOLO #SoftwareConsulting #TechConsulting #IthinkIhavetoomanyhashtags😄

📣 Redmine's Resources plugin just got an upgrade! Project managers, ever feel like you're drowning in daily details? Sure, tracking daily hours is important, but what about the bigger picture? Redmine's resource plugin just got a clever upgrade! Now, you can see weekly and monthly resource allocation, letting you: ⛳ Spot trends: Daily views are great, but they're like staring at a single leaf. Weekly and monthly views show the entire forest – you can see if your star developer is consistently overloaded or if a whole team is underutilised. 📆 Strategic planning : Imagine a big marketing campaign - you know you'll need a swarm of graphic designers for a specific month. With this upgrade, you can see if your resources are free and adjust other projects to avoid a crunch. 📈 Resource forecasting : Think of resource allocation as a crystal ball. Looking at weeks and months ahead helps you anticipate periods of high demand. Need more programmers? This helps you plan for hiring or outsourcing well in advance. 🔖 Report with confidence: Weekly and monthly reports give stakeholders a clear picture of progress and resource usage. No more scrambling to explain those daily fluctuations! https://buff.ly/3WncTYg #Redmine #resources #plugin
