The candidate must have 3+ years of experience handling immigration cases with USCIS, DOS & EOIR for example:
* I-130
* AOS
* DS-260
* I-601/601A waivers
* N-400
* I-751
* U-visas
* VAWA
* Asylum
* 42A/42B
* MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH

Pay: From $50,000.
