WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a Mid or Senior-Level Case Manager who wants to join high-energy legal team that is on the forefront of litigating and trying cases with ambitions of trying bigger and bigger cases that will affect change in the industry.

OUR EXPERIENCE MUSTS:
* At least 0-2-1.
5 years' experience managing pre-litigation cases in a personal injury law firm;
* High school diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred);
* Bilingual preferred but not necessary.
WHAT WILL THE JOB REQUIRE?
* Must be able to handle a file from initial client intake meeting through negotiation, settlement, closing, & disbursement.
* Responsibilities include some initial preparation of the case file, client management, client communication and satisfaction, preparing demand letters, negotiating settlement of the claim, and negotiating medical bills and liens.
* Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle a heavy case load.
* Must be willing to receive constructive criticism as you train and grow within your role.
PRIMARY DUTIES ALSO INCLUDE:
* Monitoring clients' treatment statuses to ensure compliance & progression of their case.
* Notifying attorneys when their assistance is needed in any aspect of the pre-litigation process.
* Investigating and fact-finding for cases.
* Organizing, indexing and tracking files.
* Analyzing and organizing information to produce reports.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
* Excellent organizational and logic skills.
* Excellent Computer Skills (Excel, Outlook, Microsoft).
* Familiarity with legal databases.
(Abacus, *Needles*, Trial Works).
* Ability to multi-task and perform on deadline.
* *Positive and Social Team player.
