We specialize in acquiring, stabilizing, and managing mobile home park properties where success is measured by performance.
Our focus is providing management services, growing occupancy, and stabilizing the current footprint of properties while improving the quality and efficiency of our property management services with the purpose of developing a scalable model, expanding the portfolio and achieving exponential growth.
We are seeking a motivated candidate to fulfill the Accounts Payable Role.
The candidate must be bright, detail oriented, organized, and able to take initiative and create solutions.
This is an opportunity to grow with a stabilized, fast paced accounting department.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Performance the full cycle accounts payable process
· Receives and verifies expense reports; reconciles expense and other financial reports with account balances and other office records.
· Facilitates payment of vendors, which may include verification of federal ID numbers, insurance, reviewing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies
· Ensures outstanding obligations are credited upon payment, identifies discount opportunities, and issues purchase order amendments or stop-payment orders as needed.
· Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
· Write journal entries
· Review and correspondence with vendor on sales tax charged on invoices
· Issue annual Form 1099
· Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounts payable as needed
· Relays changes of information to appropriate employee
· Performs other related duties as assigned

Pay: From $40,000.
