· Professional customer service and problem-solving skills are critical aspects of the role.
Job Responsibilities (training provided if no previous experience) per detailed instructions in the Office Procedure:
-Ability to demonstrate professional phone skills, be able to communicate clearly and in an upbeat manner
-Register, check-out, and schedule practice members
-Billing follow-up-Computer data entry and posting of payments
-Demonstrate positive, upbeat attitude (even while multi-tasking or in high pressure situations)
-File Management
-Work as a team with staff and practice members
-Maintain strict confidentiality
Hours: Approximately 30-40 hours per week.
Salary Hourly: Starting at $19+
