We live upstairs and have a 18 year old daughter, 2 cats and 2 medium sized dogs.
We have wood floors, sometimes there can be noise downstairs especially between 7 am and 10 pm.
Also, there are roosters in the neighborhood.
Otherwise it is usually quiet in the evening and at night.
If you listen to loud music, TV or have frequent parties at night, or want to sleep during the day, this is not the place for you.
Please do not apply if you work shifts ending after 10pm or starting before 6am, or even occasional nightshifts, or have unusual sleep patterns or are up at night a lot.
We strongly prefer tenants with full time employment outside the house.
Cats need to be indoor only as our and neighborhood cats are intolerant of newcomers and fight loudly.
Dogs need to be under 30 pounds, well behaved, quiet, not chase cats or chickens, get along with other dogs, can't be locked into the apartment for extended periods of time.
