i am looking to rent my beautiful one bedroom cottage right at sunset beach for the month of MAY 2024 only, while i travel to see family.
it is a one bedroom loft with high ceilings, lots of windows/light, small fenced backyard within our 1 acre backyard with fruit trees, outdoor hot shower, indoor bathtub, open concept kitchen, deck, across the street from sunset beach.
it is a pretty sweet spot and i’m looking for someone super respectful and responsible to take care of it and enjoy it for the month.
my ideal renter is a woman, single occupancy, no pets, no smoking, no party, that is health conscious, ecofriendly, respectful and very clean.
my home is my sanctuary and i would be leaving most of my belongings in it, so definitely looking for someone trustworthy and with references.
you get a completely furnished place with towels, sheets, houseware, etc etc - even some cooking supplies.
rent is $2500 and it covers the monthly rent + utilities + cleaning fee.
$500 security deposity.
