Specializing in balayage, color correction, color changes for film, and natural/organic hair color, her current celebrity clientele includes Julia Roberts, Amber Valletta, Diane von Furstenberg, Gwyneth Paltrow, Aurora James, Zooey Deschanel, Emma Grede, Cleo Wade, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Alma Ha’rel, Alicia Silverstone, Kristin Davis, Jenni Kayne, Calista Flockhart, Brad Pitt, and Meghan Markle, amongst others. Kadi’s philosophy is healthy hair above all. In 2019, Kadi and her business partner, Myka Harris opened the Highbrow Hippie Atelier in Venice, California.

Liz is a Los Angeles native with over 20 years of hairstyling experience, having collaborated with top professionals in the industry. She prioritizes client satisfaction and her goal is to always bring out their best features through hair design. Liz values consultations for optimal results and specializes in creating easy-to-maintain cuts and styles for everyday wear.

Ashley is a Los Angeles native with ten years in the hair and beauty industry. She started her career by apprenticing under famed colorist, Kadi Lee, for five years, beginning in 2014.  Ashley is a master at balayage and a corrective color expert. Extroverted and friendly, she prides herself on her professional, yet warm, demeanor. She has a high degree of experience working with a variety of hairstyles, textures, colors and specializes in California Blondes, sun-kissed brunettes and vibrant reds. 

Hector is an experienced hair stylist with 10 years in the hair industry.  Apprenticing under Liz Sustaita, Hector honed his craft and created his own unique approach to his work.  He is known for soft, subtle, low-maintenance looks that are executed with precision and thoughtfulness.  Hector is known for listening intently to his clients’ goals and helping them feel and look like their best selves.  He is especially known for his talent working with all types of hair textures, as many of our textured hair clients seek out Hector’s elevate technique.
