Service Manager

Pillen Family Farms is a family owned business located in Nebraska.
We market approximately 2 million pigs annually.
As a family-owned and family-focused farming operation, great care goes into everything we do.

This role will be based out of the Humphrey Service Center.
Job duties would include the following: •Receive walk-in traffic from customers, drivers & employees, vendors, etc •Process service requests via phone, email, walk-ins •Work with Shop Foreman to facilitate a repair schedule that meets the needs and functions of our business •Referencing PM maintenance reports, requested repairs, and unexpected needs •Manage parts inventory which includes stock control & parts ordering •Process work orders and sublet repair invoices
