Gorgeous Assisted Living Community located in Kearney is seeking a Full-time *Maintenance Director*.
Position will be responsible for maintaining the building and equipment, preventative maintenance, repairs, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and HVAC.
Must have 3+ years prior maintenance experience.
HVAC certification helpful but not required.
