Our Executive Director Will:
Lead and grow all aspects of our local operations.
Build strong relationships in a positive environment throughout the community.
Coach and develop associates as leaders and healthcare professionals.
Oversee provision of services and overall well-being of community members.
Work closely with residents and families in meeting their individualized needs.
Design innovative programs and services that enhance the resident experience.
Develop processes and procedures that build operational continuity, efficiency, safety and meet state and federal guidelines.
Our Executive Director Has:
3+ years of experience leading a team.
An Assisted Living Administrators license or certification for the state of Nebraska OR be able to obtain one within 6 months with our assistance.
A bachelor’s degree in health care administration, Business, Nursing, Therapy, Social Work, or a related field (preferred).
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
