Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management, night audit, and guest relations.
As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Duties:
- Supervise all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to optimize revenue and control expenses
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand standards
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a prompt and professional manner
- Train and develop staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing occupancy rates and revenue
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, financial transactions, and employee schedules
Experience:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and practices
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and financial reporting
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a team
