Dough Kearney is seeking an energetic Shift Leader to run day-to-day operations and creatively market our delicious p\*\*\*a alternative.
Fun and fast-paced environment with substantial walk-in, telephone, and delivery customer volume, especially during dinner and late-night hours.
The Shift Leader is responsible for all day-to-day operations on thier shift, including: staff management, accountability lists, cleaning, drawer counts, opening/closing paperwork, safe counts, and preparation of consistently delicious calzones and compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards.
