How can you balance in-store inventory with the cost of carrying excess stock?
I would add a clear market returns policy with suppliers. How we treat the remaining stocks, if any, at the end of action period as well as extra ordering from suppliers in case stocks are not enough in the middle of activity period.

What is the best way to communicate product allocation decisions to store managers?
I would add the following : -To name who from the center , HQ, gives what, when, how much to whom at the store -To add in the whole process the person who will run the project being delegated by the store manager - what actions will take place at the end of project if there is a specific deadline. What, who, when.

- Re establishment of private label assortment and stores manpower reschedule for achieving higher degree of shoppers loyalty.
