This collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Research of Estonia / Haridus- ja Teadusministeerium focuses on enhancing #skillsforecasting and governance in Estonia to better align workforce capabilities with #marketdemands. 📈 📍The project helps Cedefop upscale the provision of tailored support to countries aiming to future-proof their #workforce and #workplaces. #EQF: With Spain 🇪🇸 in, all 🇪🇺 member states are now on board! ✅Following the endorsement of the Spanish referencing report by the EQF Advisory Group in November 2024, 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝟮𝟳 𝗘𝗨 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 (𝗡𝗤𝗙𝘀) 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 #𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗘𝗤𝗙). Fostering greater participation in adult learning! ✨ 🧾𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀 (𝗜𝗟𝗔𝘀) provide adults with financial support to access #learningopportunities, enhancing their incentives and motivation to pursue training. 📸 In recent years, ILAs have gained significant policy attention, particularly following the adoption of the Council of the European Union 🇪🇺 Recommendation on individual learning accounts (2022). 📒📊Cedefop is currently finalising a study examining the potential for ILAs development in five EU Member States - Germany 🇩🇪, Estonia 🇪🇪, Ireland 🇮🇪, the Netherlands 🇳🇱, and Austria 🇦🇹. 📍Read more about ILAs and our study here: https://lnkd.in/dnwNQ9dP

Many marginalized groups still struggle to achieve access to quality education and training opportunities. For example, 🌈 LGBTIQ individuals continue to face obstacles and discrimination in education. 📌 Learn about the UNIQUE good practice, part of Cedefop's VET toolkit for tackling early leaving, and supporting the social inclusion of LGBTIQ students in vocational education and training (#VET) across Europe.
