MissingSalesCopilotCustomization error with Outlook add-in signed into D365 Sales
Just a few days ago, users started seeing an error with the Copilot for Sales add-in for Outlook. The error details mention "Missing Sales Copilot Customization". This occurs only when signed into production D365 Sales org; if I switch my user (admin user) to our sandbox org I have no issue. There must have been a changed in the last few days with an update. Any help is appreciated. I have admin-deployed Copilot for Sales via M365 Intergrated App process. After about a week, we started getting dozens of users with an error message in the sidepane within Outlook. It simply states "We can't start this add-in because it isn't set up properly." I have tried to compare users who have the issue vs users who don't have the issue, but they appear to be on the same versions of Outlook (16.0.17531.20152). The addin was deployed on May 9th and issues started coming in around May 20th and I can't seem to find any rhyme or reason to some users error. As my organization rolls out Copilot for Sales starting with a champions cohort first and then team by team across our sales organization, we're planning what and how to track our success. There are OOTB reports for M365 Copilot adoption and great reports for D365 Sales usage, but we're not seeing any unique reports for Copilot for Sales. Has anyone developed best practices or repeatable patterns that could be used for this? In addition to simple DAU and MAU, we're planning to track more general RevOps metrics like deal velocity, win rate, lead to opportunity conversion rate, and qualification speed.CRM Connectivity

However, I've noticed that Dynamics Sales only provides the option to compose plain text emails for notifications. Hello, Is it possible to track a series of meetings in the Copilot add-in? In the Dynamics App for Outlook application, there was such an option, I can open the entire series and save it to Dynamics 365. In the copilot add-on, a message appears about the inability to track the reccuring meeting. In Copilot presentations, Microsoft indicates that all Dynamics App for Outllok functionalities are (or will be) included in Copilot. Dear all, Saving emails with Copilot for Sales form Outlook works as intended except in once case. When a sales person first sends an email to a CRM contact - it will be tracked in CRM. If there is no response the Sales will reply to that same email (that is already saved in CRM) to the same CRM contact person - which should be the same thread, but that Replay email is not being saved in CRM. Hi We successfully installed SalesCopilot in Outlook and connected it to our Dynamics 365 CRM. The issue appears when we try to save an email in CRM using using SalesCopilot. Hi, If a contact/opportunity field is being updated from outlook and once submitted, SF rejects the update due to some validation rules he has configured in SF (could be some dependency rule for example). How does it reflect in outlook? Do we see an error message in outlook for the failure of this update? Maybe the SF error message is being sent back to outlook as a popup message?
