What are the most effective ways to engage graduate candidates?
This can be a solid strategy if you catch the right content strategy for grads. Run a survey among your audience and understand what drives them, what they wanna hear and read about, what sort of events (live or online) they are happy to join.

What are the most effective ways to engage graduate candidates?
When it comes to L&D in case of a grad, consider giving them new knowledge and expertise that will primarily benefit them - regardless whether they join you as an employer or not. OK... I know, it sounds unrealistic, however, if grad recruitment is a constant thing on your plate, this type of giving attitude will create significant gains for your organization over time. A grad is busy with all sort of learning so they prioritize learning and are keen to learn only those things that have an immediate effect on their current life and work. Think about them and not you and it'll be better for you, too.

The Value Of Sourcing

The context of sourcing is located where the value is created, and that is just the very first part of the recruiting process. Even more precisely: that’s the stage of the candidate slate. The values of sourcing have an ultimate role there (and only there) and…

D&I is mainstream today but not yet table stake
talentcloudm.com
The LGBTQ group should not be treated any differently in a company than its heterosexual counterpart. And I say again: any differently. No need to give exceptions or special perks for someone just because they are gay – as much, certainly, as rights should never be removed from someone because of their sexual orientation. That’s a long-long road yet to walk through…

Packaging and Selling The Candidate Experience
ERE.net
There are plenty of whitepapers and blogs that attempt to define and describe the candidate experience, but can we go further? Can we find a way to make it part of a holistic recruitment approach, and think of it more like a product, or a “deliverable” item?
