    I'm volunteering as a mentor to help Young Graduates located in underprivileged areas find their first job. I have already supported 14 of them, until they found their first job or internship, and am now partnering with a new Young through a biweekly discussion and recurring email exchanges. Very inspiring & challenging experiences!
    We usually revisit their CV to make it more coherent & impactful, check their online presence esp. on LinkedIn, simulate interviews for the jobs they are aiming…

    Within the YouthSpark Program initiative from Microsoft, I participated in a Professional jury. We had the privilege to listen to 2 Youngs from the « Rêve et Réalise » (Dream and Carry out) program from Unis-Cité present their Social & Fair projects after 6 months of hard work.
