    For the festive season, Samaritaine Paris Pont-Neuf transforms into an enchanted kingdom, Paris Jardin d’hiver, where fantastical and almost mystical nature reigns supreme, from November 8, 2024, to January 5, 2025. Inspired by the Art Nouveau heritage and botanical passion of co-founder Marie-Louise Cognacq, this transformation will feature lush, imaginary nature on every floor. In collaboration with Safari Thoiry, the historic facade is adorned with a fantastic menagerie, and the Loulou boutique transforms into a cabinet of curiosities. The Rivoli windows become stunning greenhouses, while the greenhouse under the glass roof and the festive menu from Voyage Samaritaine enrich the experience. Meanwhile, Veuve Clicquot, Hennessy, and Ruinart offer unique personalization services. Samaritaine Paris Jardin d'hiver is an invitation to travel between dream and reality, celebrating nature, art and craftsmanship.     Louis Vuitton launches the second edition of the annual Accessories Design Graduates Initiative to foster and shape the future of design. Aimed at empowering the next generation of leather goods and accessories creators, this competition reflects Louis Vuitton's commitment to elevate and promote the exceptional craftsmanship in the field of leather goods and accessories savoir-faire within the Maison. Open exclusively to final-year BA and MA students, the Initiative has partnered with 32 renowned fashion, design, and art schools and universities across Europe and the United States for this competition.     Future leaders in luxury will soon benefit from a new strategic partnership between LVMH and INSEAD, one of the top-ranked business schools worldwide, focused on Education and Research in Socio-Economic and Management Sciences. Together, LVMH and INSEAD will combine their expertise to foster socio-economic research, develop innovative educational content, and bridge the gap between academia and industry. The partnership will also focus on talent development, enabling LVMH to attract and nurture the next generation of luxury experts. To kick off this joint initiative, 60 INSEAD students attended an enriching masterclass led by Jean-Jacques Guiony, CFO of LVMH and future President of Wines & Spirits (effective February 1, 2025), on November 14. During this exclusive exchange, students had the chance to dive into the intricacies of the luxury industry and its offerings, while also engaging with a case study on the RIMOWA Maison.     Since 1972, Veuve Clicquot has been celebrating the entrepreneurial audacity of women who strive to make a positive impact on society. This year, on November 28th, the 52nd Bold Woman Award and Bold Future Award winners were revealed at the Bibliothèque nationale de France.     On the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, LVMH reaffirms its commitment to embracing all abilities and fostering an environment that is increasingly welcoming for its clients, talents, and partners.   Through DARE Accessibility, an intrapreneurial initiative of the Group inspired by the momentum of the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, employees from 37 Maisons have submitted over 250 ideas to enhance inclusiveness in key areas such as making stores and offices more accommodating, designing products and services for customers with disabilities, ensuring equal employment opportunities, and improving the usability of digital tools.   Selected ideas will be announced beginning of 2025.
